Horizontes, a town amongst the clouds

The saying "big bustle in a small town" but this saying does not sum up correctly the town of Horizontes. The peace that one feels there seems to be due to the altitude that makes you feel a part of the clouds. The happiness of its residents, their simplicity and their enthusiasm is contagious. This makes it feel like the hours and days spent there are like being frozen in time in paradise.
